BLOG 8
New blog, and maybe the last one I'll post here. It's my final week at RCN Belledonne, and most people are leaving around the same time. The days went by quickly, but at the same time, they felt really slow.
The past two weeks flew by, and there were some fun moments. The Tour de France Femmes even passed right by the campsite. I’m not the biggest cycling fan, but it was cool to see in person, especially all the excitement before the cyclists arrived—sponsors driving by and tossing out free stuff. It was pretty fun.
As I mentioned earlier, this week is my last at RCN Belledonne. After that, I'll be heading to de Jagerstee, an RCN Park near my home that's way bigger. But before that, I still have a week to go, filled with lots of goodbye drinks and, hopefully, paragliding tomorrow! It’s been postponed three times already because of the weather, so I’m really hoping tomorrow will be clear.
Work is still going on, though it’s getting much quieter at the campsite. The off-season has sort of begun, so the work is changing. This week, I’ll be counting the campsite's inventory. I reorganized it last week, but now everything needs to be counted, which will hopefully not take too long.
Maybe I'll write another blog next week. If not, I’ll update you about RCN de Jagerstee when I get there :)
Also.... stop reading this Myrtille and Marieme :/
Greetings,
Dez :)
